Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below, and as set out under Security, Copyright, and Delivery. We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

.UK - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Prices and Payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site, are S.A.S Auto Customs UK prices and are Inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges will be notified to you on application or on completition of an order, where they apply.
S.A.S Auto Customs cannot accept your order until you have supplied payment details for it in full. Upon receipt of these details, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Credit and Debit Card Payments
All card payments are processed by Paypal Services.
2. Your right to cancel your order
You may cancel your S.A.S Auto Customs order at any stage before the goods are dispatched to you, However we reserve the right to charge for any expenses incurred in the processing of your order .If you wish to cancel your order you can email us on sales@s-10r.co.uk.
In some cases we may be unable to prevent your order from being dispatched to you. In this case we will arrange for your order to be collected at your convenience (see our returns and refunds policy).
3. Our returns and refunds policy
If your goods are faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a refund. Goods must be returned to the Company in original packaging (and without being installed or used and with all relevant parts and packaging intact) within 14 days of receipt by the buyer.
If you have ordered in error, subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10% of the value of the order we will issue a refund ( *exclusions apply). Goods must be returned to the Company in original packaging (and without being installed or used and with all relevant seals and enclosures intact) within 14 days of receipt by the buyer.
In all circumstances any action shall be subject to the buyer producing proof of purchase and returning goods carriage paid.
* Exclusions: Products made to specific requirements or non stock items specifically ordered are excluded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
How To return items:
Email sales@sasautocustoms.co.uk. They will explain the procedure for the return of the unwanted goods. Emails will be returned within 24 hours in most cases
4. General
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of S.A.S Auto Customs.
Please ensure that you have received and checked your order in full before arranging fitment or installation of parts as no liability will be accepted for any costs incurred.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.
To the extent permitted by law, S.A.S Auto Customs accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

GT30 Developments and S-10R are the trading names of S.A.S Automotive Customes, "We and Us" means GT30 Developments and S-10R either alone or together with you, as the context requires; "You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;

Trust Tubular Manifolds

These are custom, bespoke or made to customers requirements

Therefor aren't covered by the 14 day cooling off period, so, unfortunatley no returns or cancellations will be accepted

Custom made manifolds take approx 3-4 weeks leadtime from payment being made. In busy times this may take longer, I.E some delays are unpredictable or out of our control, i.e supplier delays.

Customers will be notified where possible.

Leadtimes change from week to week, so please ask us at the time of payment for an upto date time

By making payment by various methods, including Paypal you accept the lead time and accept our terms and conditions including our cancellation terms

Cancellations Terms

By placing an order/paying for a manufactured product by SAS Auto Customs/Trust Tubular you agree to the terms and conditions

DEPOSITS MADE OR PART OF FULL PAYMENT

All manifolds purchased through website or any other means from SAS Auto Customs/Trust Tubular and paid in full, the payment will include a 30% non refundable deposit.

After 50% leadtime has passed no cancellations will be accepted

Note Trust Tubular is SAS Auto Customs

Any chargebacks or paypal disputes or similar opened within the leadtime or not long after leadtime has passed, we will treat this as the buyer cancelling the sale and the cancellation terms will apply.

Walbro Fuel Pump Warranty Info

A NEW pre filter must be fitted with a lock washer

All faulty pumps, must be returned along with the pre filter used before we can look at it

Walbro offers a one year warranty against manufacturing defects on their in-tank and external high performance fuel pumps [i.e. GSS and GSL pumps] and 90 days on their bellows pumps and Series 6000 pumps. Previously, they were very forgiving with their policy. They simply told vendors to return the pumps and give the customer a new pump. Pretty much a "no questions asked" warranty.

In March, 2004, Walbro decided that they were no longer going to blindly replace fuel pumps that were declared defective by customers. This decision was made due to an extremely high volume of pumps tested (nearly 98 percent) that proved to be non-defective. Since then, pumps were required to be sent to Walbro for testing. Even though the number of returned pumps dropped dramatically, a vast majority of returned pumps were still found to be not defective. That testing was taking a significant amount of time/effort.

Walbro says that most high-pressure pump failures can be blamed on one or more of the following:

Operating the pump without a pickup filter
Operating the pump in a dirty tank/fuel system
Operating the pump without fuel [i.e. dry]
Operating the pump in a returnless fuel system where the vehicle controls fuel
pressure by modulating the voltage to the pump

Starting August 1, 2005, Walbro has implemented a £26 charge per pump for testing. If you have a fuel pump you believe has failed due to manufacturing defects, return it to SAS Auto Customs along with a money order for £26. SAS Auto Customs will return that pump for testing. If Walbro determines the pump failed under warranty, we will send you a new pump and your £26. If you can't wait for the test results [usually 6-8 weeks], we will sell you a replacement pump, then refund your purchase price if the pump failed due to manufacturing defects.

Injector Warranty and Testing

All injectors purchased off SAS Auto Customs are covered by a minimum of a 1 year warranty from the sale date.

Any warranty claims for suspected faulty injectors will be subject to injector testing, independently done, not by us. We are charged for this service.

Any injectors sent back to us, suspected faulty and pass these tests, the customer will be responsible for paying these test fees before injectors are sent back to the customer. Injectors will be held by us until the bill is paid.
